Job Description:
Aon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Health & Benefits. As the Head of Health & Benefits, you will be responsible for leading and managing the health and benefits division of our company. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the health and benefits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the health and benefits division of Aon
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee the development and delivery of health and benefits programs and services
- Manage a team of health and benefits professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated solutions for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the health and benefits division
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on divisional performance and key initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the health and benefits industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing health and benefits strategies
- Strong knowledge of the health and benefits market, trends, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet business objectives
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
- Experience working with large and complex clients is preferred
- Professional certifications in the health and benefits industry is a plus
