Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement, compliance, and business alignment. This role requires expertise in HR operations, talent management, and employee development to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, and tax laws.
  • Manage payroll, salary budgets, and benefits administration.
  • Drive employee development programs and mentor-mentee initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and employee career progression.
  • Handle employee grievances and promote a collaborative work culture.
  • Lead HR audits and maintain compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Expertise in statutory compliance, labor laws, and payroll management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.
