Job Title: Head of Operations – Solar Energy
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across sales, procurement, design, execution, and support functions within the solar energy space.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational performance and process improvement.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relations, ensuring alignment with project and business goals.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; PEC registration required.
• 10+ years in the energy sector with strong experience leading MW-scale solar installations.
• Deep knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and solar systems (on-grid/off-grid).
• Proficiency in MS Office, PV Syst, Helioscope, and project scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SCADA, solar tracker systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
