As part of our expanding wellness offerings, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Health Club Manager to oversee our fitness, wellness, and recreational facilities.
Position Summary:
The Health Club Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the resort’s health club, including the gym, spa, wellness activities, and recreational services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, guest-focused, and experienced in hospitality wellness management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the gym, spa, and recreational areas
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and safety
- Supervise and train health club staff (trainers, therapists, attendants)
- Plan and promote fitness and wellness programs for guests
- Monitor equipment maintenance, inventory, and hygiene standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to create guest wellness packages
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently
Qualifications & Experience:
- Atleast High School Diploma
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing a health club, gym, or spa—preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness trends and practices
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willing to relocate and live in Skardu during the contract period
