Job Description
  • Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the HRIS system
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
