Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Help with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Support training and development initiatives
- Participate in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
- Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in HR functions and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
