Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and manage comprehensive employee records and HR databases.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives.
• Supervise and streamline administrative tasks such as documentation, meeting scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and performance tracking systems.
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and official communications.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
