Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management systems and staff evaluations.
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Organize training and development initiatives for all employees.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and nonprofit regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of discretion and ethical standards.
