Position Title: HR Manager – Recruitment Agency

Job Overview:
A leading recruitment and staffing firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and drive its human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, international recruitment expertise, and a proven track record of managing comprehensive HR functions ranging from talent acquisition to policy formulation, organizational development, and performance management.

Preference will be given to candidates holding internationally recognized HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) and possessing at least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles within recruitment or talent acquisition firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent management for both local and international operations.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic and overseas placements.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods and build strong relationships with job portals, databases, and professional networks.

Organizational Development:

  • Design and enforce HR policies, structures, and operational workflows in accordance with labor laws and global HR practices.
  • Drive change management and ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination.

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Foster a positive work culture with transparent communication and effective grievance resolution mechanisms.
  • Implement performance evaluation systems and employee engagement initiatives.

Training & Compliance:

  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development programs for team capacity building.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international labor regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory international HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or PHR).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition sector, including international exposure.
  • In-depth knowledge of global recruitment standards, HR compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, recruitment tools, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
