Job Overview:

Iberianz is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This pivotal role will contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies, focusing on performance management and organizational development, that support the business objectives of the Iberianz Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance management systems and organizational development practices, with at least 2 year of experience in HR roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective performance management systems that align with company goals.
  • Manage the performance review process, ensuring clear feedback, goal-setting, and developmental plans for employees.
  • Work closely with department heads to monitor employee performance, provide support, and recommend development opportunities.
  • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Assist with organizational development initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development programs.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of performance management and organizational development strategies.
  • Provide general HR support and contribute to creating a positive, high-performance culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in performance management or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
