â˘Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
â˘Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades and technical positions relevant to the foundry.
â˘Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development in coordination with department heads.
đ§ž HR Operations & Records Management
â˘Maintain accurate and updated employee records (digital and physical).
â˘Manage documentation for hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
â˘Prepare contracts, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
đ HR Analytics & Reporting
â˘Generate HR reports related to attendance, headcount, turnover, and other KPIs.
â˘Support monthly payroll processing by coordinating attendance, overtime, and leave data.
â˘Assist in workforce cost tracking and budgeting.
đĽ Employee Relations & Engagement
â˘Handle routine employee queries and ensure quick resolution.
â˘Support initiatives for employee satisfaction and engagement, such as recognition programs or surveys.
â˘Participate in grievance handling and disciplinary actions as per policy.
đ Training & Development
â˘Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
â˘Coordinate internal and external training sessions, and track participation.
â˘Maintain training records and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
đ Policy Compliance & HR Best Practices
â˘Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
â˘Monitor compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
â˘Participate in internal audits, ISO, and other compliance activities as needed.
