Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager for one of our manufacturing clients in Sohar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. Will be responsible for handling more than 500 employees.

2. Comprehensive human resource management experience, proficient in Omani law, with particular expertise in employee relations management;

3. Rich experience in communication with human resource-related government agencies;

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills for more than 5 years from a MNC or similar company
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO3,000.000 - RO3,500.000 per month
