A Day in the Life

As an HR Business Partner, reporting to the HRD of L'Oréal Saudi Arabia, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders across all four divisions (Consumer Products, Luxe, Professional Products, and Dermatological Beauty). You will work closely with HRDs and HR Business Partners in the Middle East, based in Dubai, to ensure alignment with regional strategies while addressing the unique needs of the Saudi Arabian market. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and business results.
  • Strategic HR Consulting: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
  • Talent Management: Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and succession planning. You will leverage data analysis to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with L'Oréal's values. Proactively identify and address potential conflicts.
  • Project Management: Lead and/or support HR projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. You will utilize project management methodologies to manage resources, track progress, and deliver results.
  • Headcount & Employee Cost Management: Partner with business leaders to manage headcount and employee costs effectively, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR professional with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and labor laws. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Being a Saudi national is preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and how HR contributes to organizational success.
  • Change Adoption Activation: Proven ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve processes.
  • Project Management Literacy: Experience in managing HR projects using project management methodologies.
  • HR Tools & Processes: Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies. Knowledge of best practices in HR processes.
  • Skills & Talent Assessment: Expertise in using various assessment methods to evaluate employees' skills and competencies.
  • Talent Management: Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies.
  • Headcount & Employee Cost Management: Understanding of headcount planning and employee cost management principles.
  • People Development: Passion for developing employees' skills and capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders.
