

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will engage with potential
customers who have shown interest in our products but have not yet requested a sales
conversation. Your role is to qualify these leads, conduct outreach, and schedule meetings with Business Development Executives (BDEs). This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in sales. No prior sales experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
● Follow up on Inbound Leads (AQLs)—leads identified by our marketing automation
system based on engagement and behavior.
● Qualify potential customers based on geography, role, and business needs.
● Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-up cadences).
● Schedule meetings for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and log details in
Salesforce (CRM).
● Maintain accurate records in CRM and track engagement progress.
Qualifications:
● Fluency in French-English or German-English (both written and verbal).
● Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
● Ability to work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus but not
required—training provided).
● Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
