Job summary: To apply vinyl decals and full wraps in walls, glasses, wood, vehicles, and as required. To do this in an efficient and effective manner ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times and minimizing errors. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Manager as necessary to ensure jobs are planned and completed on time, to the required standards and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all job record keeping and timely administration as necessary.
• Able to apply full wraps to walls, glasses, wood, vehicles when required. 
• Submit tool and stock requisitions in sufficient time avoiding ‘out of stock’ situations.
• Take personal responsibility for own work and perform QC checks throughout the application process.
• Ensure yourself and other staff work in a safe way, adhering to Company safety policies.
• Take personal responsibility for learning to operate new equipment and techniques.
• Maintain professional standards by attending training courses and / or workshops as required.
• Promote positive and constructive participation by all staff in Company processes and activities.
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner and be prepared to offer solutions to problems.
• If and when asked to drive company / client vehicles adhering to the company 'driving' policy at all times.
• Be adaptable and enthusiastic when asked to handle new challenges.
• Ensure the use and maintenance of all tools / equipment comply with safe and efficient performance.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other staff members.
• Always be prepared to assist with other possible non-sign related tasks (where and when required).
• Ensure that all PPE Health & Safety work wear is worn at all times.
• Always ensure that any down time is met with an awareness of productivity where possible.
• Ensure that all provided DPC Signs uniform is worn at all times, and is cleaned and worn to a presentable state agreed by the management.
• At various times you will be required to work away from your base, and may include overnight  stays, in most cases you will be notified several days in advance.

Skills and qualifications.

• Knowledge of vinyl and signage fabrication and installation, including vehicle wraps. The

       individual will be expected to be self-motivated and self-managing.

• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player with good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with very good interpretational skills
