We at FirstPoint Group are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our growing design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion, overseeing a team of designers, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Oversee all stages of design, from initial concept development to execution
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and timely delivery
• Review drawings, layouts, and design plans for accuracy and alignment with client expectations
• Ensure all designs reflect the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities
• Experience in fit-out and turnkey projects is a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus
