Job Description

Red Star Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Assist with performance management documentation and follow-ups
  • Draft and format official letters, memos, and HR-related documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with integrity
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
