Plutus21 Capital is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, with a focus on global clients. The candidate should also have experience in business development and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors
• Communicate with investors to provide updates on company performance and investment opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop investor presentations and materials
• Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Support fundraising activities and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations

Qualifications & Preferences:
 

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in investor relations, client relations, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management
• Experience with CRM systems and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of executing successful business development/ fundraising/ account management/ communication strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fundraising experience is a plus
• The candidate must be execution focused
