Job Description
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve computer and software issues by phone email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, including deployment status and license tracking.
  • Process user onboarding requests according to established procedures, including system account creation and laptop setup.
  • process user offboarding requests, including system account termination and retrieval of assigned IT assets.
  • Support Box Enterprise services, including user and group configuration.
  • Manage and maintain user email accounts in a cloud-based Exchange/Office 365 environment.
  • Manage and maintain Azure, Intune, and any other components of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
  • Assist with IT expansion and upgrade projects, including deployment of servers, network equipment, and other infrastructure.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Director.
