Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows
  
  
  

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions
• Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and IT architecture
• Assist in testing, deployment, and system enhancements
  
  
  

Documentation & Training:

• Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows
• Conduct training sessions to support end-users
  
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

• Monitor IT application performance and recommend enhancements
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus
  
  
  

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Applications Analyst role
• Experience in enterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement
  
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business teams
• Stakeholder management experience
