Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level user support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve network issues, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Document IT procedures, network configurations, and maintain inventory records.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring network security and performance.
• Implement and manage network redundancy and failover mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in network engineering, including network design, implementation, and support.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Extensive experience with networking principles, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and network security best practices.
• Mikrotik Router Knowledge and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age Limit: 26-30 Years

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Comfortable with work shift rotations (Morning and Evening Shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
