Job Description
CNH Reman is remanufacturing for a sustainable future and we are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated technician to join the IT team. We are currently improving our cybersecurity posture, upgrading our phone system, adding 135,000 square feet of space, upgrading A/V in conference rooms, automating processes, adding more associates to the Reman team, and a lot more. You will be responsible for our help desk system, providing first-level support to end users, and maintaining our inventory of computing devices and printers.

Responsibilities:

You will be providing world-class support to internal and external customers by quickly responding to requests, independently resolving issues with end users whenever possible, escalating issues to the appropriate technicians, and working to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • You will be: :
    • Managing our help desk ticketing system
    • Providing support to end users, Windows computers, phones, and other devices.
    • Performing administrative functions in Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Meraki, our ERP system (Infor SyteLine), and our VoIP system (3CX).
    • Collaborating with a team of seven to solve problems and complete projects.
    • Attending training and collaborations.
    • Growing into an expanded role based on your strengths and goals.

You must have: :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
  • Zealous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Help Desk software and repairing Windows PC’s
  • High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED).
