Job Purpose</b></h2>

The Financial Analyst reports to the Regional Manufacturing Controller and is responsible for the North America Agriculture Region&rsquo;s Reserves and InDirect Purchase Orders. This position is eligible for our <b>hybrid </b>work model working a minimum three (3) days on-site at our <b>plant </b>in <b>Racine, WI</b> and maximum two (2) days remote/home office.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Central touch point for all North America Agriculture Plants</li><li>Cross Functional Collaboration (Central, Finance, Purchasing, Agriculture Plants, etc.)</li><li>Activities may include general ledger entries; financial analysis and reporting; focus on reserve accounting for raw inventory and crib as well as excess and obsolete</li><li>Activities will include assistance with workflow and past due invoices</li><li>Oversee purchase actual order spend vs forecasts</li><li>Aligning full year purchase orders to most recent forecasts</li><li>Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements</li><li>Other related duties as assigned &ndash; likely plant assistance during SAP implementations</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Job Purpose</b></h2>

The <b>Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist </b>is an individual contributor role<b> </b>that<b> </b>manages the purchase of high complexity production parts for CNH Industrial&rsquo;s North American manufacturing plants. This position will be responsible for setting strategic directions for the assigned Electrical Commodities: wiring harnesses, battery cables, alternators, batteries, starters, and connectors, etc. Managing negotiations, and helping achieve the budget, sourcing, closing campaigns, and meeting rationalization targets. The Specialist will forecast and report economic savings performance, negotiate price reductions or increases, drive long term agreements, market test, award new business to maximize leverage, and analyze various reports to identify and cost reduction opportunities. Additionally, the specialist will support special projects as necessary to assist in delivering commodity goals. This role is approximately 50% Strategic / 50% Operational (Focus: Commodity Strategy, Benchmarking, Sourcing Council preparations, mid to upper management presentations, resourcing as needed, Technical Cost reductions, Warranty agreements, managing supplier financial distress, coordination with global teams, supplier capacity management.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and sourcing for assigned commodities for all North American operations and/or leading/supporting global sourcing projects by working closely with the global commodity team (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).</li>
<li>Programs: Support function for new product launch initiatives while developing and implementing cost reduction and sourcing strategies through leveraging parts for new platforms to meet program timing, cost, quality, delivery, and strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Develops/implements supply base management strategies both regionally and globally that lead to lowest total cost in terms of quality, lead time, delivery, service and unit cost. Drives the selection of suppliers, negotiates and maintains performance to expectations.</li>
<li>Negotiate, implement and manage LTA's (long term agreements) while achieving commercial savings and raw material recovery to meet or exceed material cost and total cost reduction objectives and while supporting organizational initiatives. Facilitates supplier/engineering VA/VE activities to drive product cost savings and process improvement initiatives to achieve budget performance.</li>
<li>Provide leadership in and develop an understanding of and insight into the market for the commodities assigned, including industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, lead-times, technology and manufacturing capability of company suppliers and suppliers in the market that best meet expectations and objectives. Track, monitor, and execute hedges at optimal raw material market conditions to minimize risk.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field along with a minimum of 8 years of purchasing experience.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 20% - domestic and international (majority of travel will be domestic).</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel (to include pivot tables and v-look ups)</li>

<li>Excellent ability to work as a team within purchasing, other functions, and with locations worldwide</li>
<li>Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Knowledge/experience of raw material analysis and tracking systems</li>
<li>Experience in analyzing, selecting/recommending, approving and auditing suppliers for different product platforms within a multi-plant manufacturing environment, based upon supplier capability relative to designing, supporting, quality and manufacturing</li>
<li>Strong negotiation background with knowledge of corporate purchasing practices and strategies that bring about closure of long-term agreements reflecting positive results that contribute to organizational/departmental goals</li>
<li>Experience developing and implementing commodity strategies</li>
<li>Proven experience in mitigating supplier delivery, cost, and relationship issues with positive outcome for the company</li>
<li>Ability to facilitate and lead technical and commercial meetings that require multiple cross functional participants</li>
