</b></h2></div><div><p>This role is responsible for the Current Product Quality within the Global Product Platform and acts as the Product Quality interface with Regional Quality teams for assigned model families, in this case within the <b>Harvesting </b>Platform. The primary focus is to ensure quick, effective technical solutions to top product issues affecting our customers. This position is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in office, and two days remote.

</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Identify, consolidate &amp; prioritize current product quality and reliability issues coming from Regional Quality, Plant Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Early Warning Team, and through analysis of global warranty reporting tools.
</li><li>Create and maintain Quality &amp; Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines to achieve product reliability (MERF F/100) and warranty cost targets (CORF ACPU).
</li><li>Drive timely resolution of correctly prioritized product concerns through the 7-step process as a key member of the Current Product Management team by ensuring clear problem statements, validated root causes, and effective solutions.
</li><li>Coordinate and lead diagnostic meetings to establish clear, thorough problem statements for new issues ahead of project start.
</li><li>Identify and develop Product Improvement Programs (field campaigns) in respect for warranty, regulatory &amp; safety concerns. Forecast completion rates, identifying parts, labor, travel, and other variable expenses.
</li><li>Communicate KPI (key performance indicators) &amp; product concern status to stakeholders.
</li><li>Assist the Platform Team in determining the strategic direction of new products in areas of field quality and reliability, fitness for use, and customer satisfaction based on current product performance.
</li><li>Assist with developing warranty budget accrual rates for current products and work with responsible new product quality contacts to set objectives on warranty for new products.
</li><li>Support discussions &amp; risk assessments necessary during product safety reviews.
</li><li>Review technical information such as Service Bulletins, Knowledge Articles, PIP bulletins, Issue Masters, and Service News Updates (SNU).
</li><li>Support Fleet Monitoring activities for connected units and utilize Universal Control Room data to drive faster identification of issues.
</li><li>Utilize Net Promotor Score (NPS) information to ensure top customer concerns are known and properly prioritized.

<div>Lead a team responsible for strategic sourcing, total acquisition cost, supplier relationship, and purchsing strategy management. Oversee the overall commercial relationship and overall supplier performance to drive cost reduction and organizational initiative. Create, execute, maintain, and continually improve upon commodity strategies for the commodities assigned; focused on current and future alignment of technology requirements, and achieving objectives in terms of total cost, lead-time, capacity, inventory management, risk mitigation, and over all supply chain effectiveness. Leads the development of these strategies in coordination with global colleagues and other functional areas (e.g., Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Parts, and Logistics).</div>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead the evaluation and selection of new suppliers, development of existing suppliers, and overall supplier management.</li>
<li>Develop competitive negotiations to drive cost reduction initiatives with the global supply base, while meeting capacity and quality requirements.</li>
<li>Manage and negotiate supplier contracts and long-term agreements with preferred suppliers to ensure that market trends, supplier performance, and future business needs are aligned with strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate and build strong working relationships with supporting resources and internal customers (Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, Distribution, global supply chain, and other functions as needed) to achieve plan, ensure adequate cycle time to procure materials, and escalate critical materials from supplier based to meet customer demands.</li>
<li>Anticipate, recognize, analyze and solve complex supply problems; communicating to and involving colleagues, management and stakeholders as necessary.</li>
<li>Provide leadership in and develop an understanding of and insight into the market for the commodities assigned; including industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, lead-times, technology and manufacturing capability of company suppliers and suppliers in the market that best meet expectations and objectives.</li>
<li>Manages annual budget proposal for assigned NAFTA AG/CE commodities/perimeter. Updates budget monthly and tracks performance against opportunities and risk projections. Makes modifications based on changes in economics, raw materials, volumes, etc., investigates, and explains budget variances.</li>
<li>Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet company expectations and objectives.</li>
<li>Leads teams in identification of opportunities to meet objectives for supplier reduction, creation of value, supply chain improvement, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Coaches, supports, continuously develops, and trains team members to meet the highest possible standards and to ensure the achievement of challenging purchasing and company goals while demonstrating CNH's key performance &amp; leadership values.</li>

Experience in analyzing, selecting, approving and auditing suppliers for different product platforms within a multi-plant agricultural and construction equipment manufacturing environment based upon supplier capability relative to testing, designing, supporting, quality and manufacturing.</li>
<li>B. Experience with the manufacturing functions and sourcing of highly-engineered and components and Kanban processes.</li>
<li>C. Experience developing and implementing commodity strategies.</li>
<li>D. Strong negotiation background with knowledge of corporate purchasing practices and strategies that bring about closures of long-term agreements reflecting positive, future financial results for the company.</li>
<li>E. Ability to incorporate co-design agreements, S.O.W. (statement of works), warranty agreements, etc into the sourcing process and supplier selection.</li>
<li>F. Proven experience in mitigating supplier delivery, cost, and relationship issues with positive outcome for the company.</li>
<li>G. Experience in Quality Review process, including ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).</li>

</b></h2></div><div><p>Duties : The AI Development Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Tempe, AZ will assist in developing innovative new products to solve problems using AI techniques, such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning to drive AI advancements in new product development and provide continual refinement of existing products. Generating software systems derived from various Machine Learning (ML) techniques to drive innovation. Generating software systems derived from various Deep Learning techniques to improve usability. Collaborating with the Scrum team to generate working software within a sprint cycle. Writing, developing, evaluating, and documenting new and modified software programs using Test Driven Development (&quot;TDD&quot;) methodologies. Building automated systems test environments and simulation software to drive capabilities. Conducting manual tests and preparing software applications for field and customer installation. Supporting end users, including software troubleshooting and training. Researching, investigating, and selecting technical data pertinent to the assigned project. Collaborating with internal teams and external sources to obtain and communicate data relative to engineering requirements. Facilitating software asset management, including maintenance contracts. Preparing and presenting technical reports and recommendations on projects. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Salary: $111,072- $163,645/year

</b></h2></div><div><p>Minimum Requirements : Requires a Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a directly related field plus 1 year of experience as a software engineer or related occupation using machine learning. The 1 year of experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV; (2) writing object-oriented programs in C++ language to support a perception software tech stack used for autonomous agricultural operations; (3) working with perception related sensor technologies including Camera, Lidar, or Stereo for the use case of automating farm equipment to improve the efficiency of an agronomic operation; (4) deploying and running software on edge devices with limited CPU processing power and memory capabilities; (5) applying signal processing techniques for sensor data smoothing and performing data processing and engineering for multimodal datasets; and (6) conducting field validation under environmental or operational conditions to assess and improve perception software and model performance
