Job Description
- Inspect personal computer equipment, as well as install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on user's premises
- Ensure ongoing and consistence maintenance and update of the Group's active directory
- Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other office tools and performs maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide on-site and remote support to users' requests in relation to networking, operating system, system hardware diagnoses, software and operator problems
- Initiate applications trouble shooting for business applications, point of sale...
- Initiate systems/network troubleshooting and monitoring and ensure that defective components are replaced as needed

Manage the reported requests and incidents on the service desk system, and provide updates, status and completion information
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar field
- Experience in Windows operating systems and networking
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
