Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-centric digital experiences.

• Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Ensure consistency in design elements across platforms and devices.

• Participate in agile development cycles, offering design support and feedback throughout.

• Continuously iterate on designs based on analytics and user feedback.

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

Job Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in IT or software products.

• Strong understanding of design thinking, user behavior, and accessibility standards.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite).

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and stakeholders.

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design case studies is required.
