Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support ICT team in Backoffice IT tasks
• Provide technical assistance to employees in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Provide the IT support to the Project sites.
• Perform any other Tasks Related to IT as per ICT Request onsite & off sites (any remote location )

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3-5 Year experience in the same field.

Education:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
