Junior Operations Specialist & Reinsurance Broking Support

AON - Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations (40%):

• Participate on various projects to help the company improving efficiency and/or applying law changes.
• Consult, interact, and collaborate with other offices not only in Saudi Arabia but also with colleagues globally
• Identify system improvements and cooperate with operations team to implement
• Training & support for colleagues for internal systems

Broking Support (60%):

• Assistance in placement, renewal, and servicing of reinsurance related contracts.
• Maintain effective operations of internal systems and flow of documentation.
• Quick learner who is solutions oriented, attention to detail is a must
• Communication & presentation skills in written form with clients and reinsurers
• Team player

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
• 1-2 years’ work experience with operations/administration, preferred in insurance/reinsurance. Fresh graduates welcomed
• Saudi National – Saudization Law Required role
• ESL English – Fluent
• Arabic - Fluent
• Microsoft Office Suite – proficient
