Job Description

Postion: Jr. Territory Sales Manager
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration
Experience: 4+ years in managing General Trade within FMCG company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Retail development, increase in numeric (outlets) and product wise Sales targets achievement.
  • Responsible for developing business of LMTs, Super Stores, Mini Marts, Tuck Shops etc.
  • Responsible for business growth from Institutional Sales including Office and General suppliers.
  • Responsible for business growth of assigned surrounding towns.
  • Ensures implementation of company policies at all levels.
  • Ensures to run retail operation in economical manner.
  • Monitors the sales results on monthly & quarterly basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales in FMCG: 4 years (Required)
