As a Junior Business Analyst at Hayo, you will support cross-functional teams in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare and contribute to technical documentation such as RFPs, project proposals, and business cases.
• Develop presentation materials to showcase Hayo’s products and services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Assist in data analysis to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and propose operational improvements.
• Support the design and documentation of business processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment of business objectives and project deliverables.
• Contribute to the testing and validation of new systems, tools, or solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a business analysis or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with process mapping and requirements gathering is advantageous.
