Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms (email, Apollo, Upwork, etc.) to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to engage decision-makers
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations
  • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
  • Track performance metrics (connection rate, response rate, call booking rate)
  • Research industries and trends relevant to digital marketing and media production
  • Stay aligned with marketing and creative teams to understand service offerings

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, video production, branding, etc.)
  • Confidence in talking to foreign clients (primarily UK, US, Canada, and GCC markets)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Willingness to learn and improve outreach tactics
  • Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in lead generation or sales (preferred, not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: Remote
