Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of automotive parts to accurately identify the correct parts required for customers' vehicles across multiple brands.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and technicians regarding appropriate parts and accessories for specific vehicle models.
• Manage the parts inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of regularly used parts for various brands and models.
• Place timely orders with suppliers to replenish stock and meet customer demands.
• Coordinate parts availability and delivery to assist with efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, models, and parts technology to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Ensure all paperwork, invoices, and documentation related to parts transactions are processed correctly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive parts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a parts advisor, with a focus on multi-brands.
• Strong automotive parts knowledge
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate part identification and order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
