Position Purpose:

We are currently seeking two talented and driven individuals to join our team as Staff Augmentation Expert through Indeed. The candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of mid-level experience in the staff augmentation or service industry, specifically on freelance platforms such as Indeed. Resume writing and ATS friendly are paramount for this role.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with projects with Staffing model and generating business through Indeed platform.
  • Experience with Indeed platforms and tech staffing models is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and team gaps.
  • Stay updated with industry demand for tech stacks, job roles, and pricing models.
  • Assist in writing proposals and participating in client calls to explain the model.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Recommend ideal candidate profiles based on skill, experience, and project goals.
  • Assign resources to client projects based on availability and suitability.
  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
  • Manage documentation for local and international regulations (e.g., time tracking, invoicing, taxation).
  • Understand client requirements, tech stacks, and business models to propose the right talent solutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs quickly and efficiently..
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect and engage potential clients for staff augmentation services.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and close deals efficiently.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Indeed to generate and convert qualified leads in a sales-driven or recruitment environment, preferably within the software/tech or outsourcing sector.
  • Deep knowledge of staff augmentation models, IT roles, and end-to-end sales processes for global clients.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and optimize job applications and resume responses to improve conversion rates.
  • Applicants must have experience with customizing resume and making it more ATS compliant and friendly.
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to manage pipelines and follow-ups effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — able to communicate clearly with international clients (especially US-based) and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance environment with strict timelines and measurable KPIs.
  • Skilled in managing application response tracking and timely follow-ups with potential clients
  • CS background or tech knowledge is a plus — helps in grasping tech stacks and technical project scopes quickly.
