Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Coordinate internally with sales support, supply chain, and finance for smooth order execution
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service levels
  • Prepare forecasts and sales reports to provide insights to management
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years’ experience in sales
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM would be a plus.
