The Labour will be responsible for performing a range of physical tasks to support construction activities and on-site operations. Duties include earth excavations, loading and unloading materials, preparing and cleaning job sites, assisting skilled workers, operating basic tools or machinery. The role also involves working with other project team, responding to direction from supervisors and engineers and helping maintain efficiency, cleanliness and safety standards of the project.

Qualifications

• No educational requirement
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manual construction work
• Physically fit and able to lift and work in extreme environment
• Can join within short notice
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor duties such as excavations, lifting or erecting scaffolding as required.
• Load, unload and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards and ensuring proper setup.
• Assist skilled employee such as carpenters, masons and electricians with basic tasks.
• Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear to maintain a safe work environment.
