We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

: The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads to support our sales and marketing teams. If you are proactive, data-driven, and passionate about connecting businesses with opportunities, we want to hear from you!

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.

  • Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.

  • Create and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns, and outreach activities.

  • Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to initiate contact with prospective clients.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Use CRM tools to manage and track lead progress throughout the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is a plus.
