Job Title: Legal Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer to manage the legal aspects of our real estate operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant laws, handle contract drafting and negotiation, and liaise with government entities like DLD and RERA. This role is essential in mitigating legal risks and supporting our business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review real estate contracts (SPAs, leases, MOUs, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and RERA/DLD regulations
• Conduct legal due diligence on properties and development rights
• Advise on legal risks, disputes, and regulatory matters
• Liaise with authorities and represent the company when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); UAE legal certification preferred
• 3–5 years of legal experience in UAE real estate
• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, and UAE property law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
