We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator technician all-rounder to join our maintenance team at the University of Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevators and lifts on campus. Additionally, the Elevator Technician will manage a team of lift operators and ensure that lifts are available on demand.

Diploma in Electronics (DAE) is required

Person with hands on experience in lifts and elevators of Monarch / Sicher will be preferred.

Job responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and modernization of elevators and lifts, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

2. Lift Operations Management: Ensure that lifts are available on demand, manage lift scheduling, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth lift operations.

3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all lift operations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.

4. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external contractors, and provide regular reports on lift performance, maintenance, and repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
