• Responding on CTS queries raised by customer support/compliance team on daily basis.
• Raising courier exceptions with CS department on daily basis on CTS.
• Follow-up with couriers on stuck parcels exceeding delivery SLAs.
• Raising claims with respective couriers for lost in transit parcels.
• Updating of claims report-Accepted, rejected & in-process.
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• 1 year of experience
• MS OFFICE, Written & Verbal Communication Skills,
