• Responding on CTS queries raised by customer support/compliance team on daily basis
• Raising courier exceptions with CS department on daily basis on CTS
• Follow-up with couriers on stuck parcels exceeding delivery SLAs
• Raising claims with respective couriers for lost in transit parcels
• Updating of claims report-Accepted, rejected & in-process
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by reporting manager
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 year of experience
• MS OFFICE, Written & Verbal Communication Skills,
