Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree, a Certificate in Supply Chain, or an equivalent qualification.

· 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

· Very good command of spoken and written English.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

· Good knowledge of operating heavy equipment.

· Possess leadership skills to effectively lead teams.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.

· Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with minimal delay.

· Receive products and coordinate their delivery.

· Prepare loads for shipment.

· Take steps to avoid quality control issues.

· Ensure warehouse capacity is maintained at optimal levels.

· Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to meet established deadlines.

· Oversee the inventory of goods and vehicles.

· Continuously review freight costs, transportation rates, and raw material prices to minimize expenses.

· Streamline shipping and transportation processes.

· Manage heavy equipment and ensure its proper operation.

· Oversee material and manpower supply to the site.

· Ensure security at storage facilities and sites.

· Handle rental equipment contracts.

· Manage accommodation arrangements for staff and laborers.

· Oversee contracts related to raw materials.
