We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Supervisor to join our growing team at Contracting &amp; Construction Enterprises. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing needs in the construction sector. If you have a passion for recruitment and a background in construction or engineering, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.</li><li>Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.</li><li>Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Could share your expected salary range for this role?</li><li>Within how many days can you start duty if selected for this position?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
