Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers
  • Manage inventory levels and stock movements to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demand
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to schedule and track shipments
  • Analyze logistics data and provide insights to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation or delivery process in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding transportation, safety, and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and supply chain best practices.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics & supply chain.
