Key Responsibilities &middot; Lead the research, development, and commercialization of new ice cream products and flavors. &middot; Optimize existing formulations to improve quality, taste, texture, and cost efficiency. &middot; Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies. &middot; Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. &middot; Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, technologies, and consumer preferences. &middot; Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. &middot; Manage R&amp;D projects from concept development to market launch.Requirements &middot; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field. &middot; 5&ndash;8+ years of experience in ice cream or frozen dessert product development. &middot; Strong knowledge of dairy ingredients, formulation, processing, and quality systems. &middot; Experience in managing product development projects and cross-functional teams.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
