Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistic and activities at our breeding site MRC Lahore. In this position, candidate will contribute by assisting breeding team on various projects, like seed import & clearance, site operations & facility management, procurement & budget management & by organizing company events at Site. An Operations Coordinator’s responsibility includes helping the breeding organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for events or anything related gets accomplished on time with no issues. Candidate will work in a support role and will oversee many operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import and clearance of seeds, ensuring adherence to quarantine protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with local and regional teams to align seed logistic and ensure seamless operations.

• Supervise infrastructure maintenance, housekeeping, security services, and hotel reservations.

• Collaborations to have agreements, including farm leases and labor service contracts.

• Support procurement and budgeting activities (Opex/Capex) for the breeding department.

• Support in forecasting, monitor, and manage operational budgets to meet financial goals.

• Ensure the timely procurement of materials and resources for breeding trials and projects.

• Serve as the HSE Coordinator, promoting compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Implement measures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation in Finance/administration/ BSc. (Hons) Agriculture or equivalent.

• Experience: Proven expertise in site management, procurement.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills with local and regional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve operational excellence within financial constraints.

• Proficiency in facility and administrative management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
