Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry and a proven track record in IELTS and communication training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee performance, communication skills, and readiness for international client interactions.
This role is pivotal in driving a high-performance culture by delivering world-class training solutions tailored to the needs of a global BPO workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs with a strong emphasis on English communication, soft skills, and IELTS preparation.
- Lead and manage end-to-end new hire training, refresher training, and upskilling sessions across various departments.
- Assess training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis), stakeholder input, and performance data.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback; implement improvements as needed.
- Manage a team of trainers; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BPO training, communication skills development, and IELTS standards.
- Create learning materials including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and visual aids.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training within a BPO environment.
- Strong experience conducting or managing IELTS training (academic or general modules).
- Excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Strong leadership, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Certification in IELTS (Trainer or Examiner) or TESOL/TEFL is a plus.
- Flexibility to work across shifts if required.

- Ability to motivate and engage learners across experience levels.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training ROI.
- Experience with cross-cultural communication training is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
