🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all US client convenience stores through daily review of security camera footage.
- Report any Loss Prevention incidents, including:
- Product Theft
- Sweetheart Deal
- Transaction Fraud
- Suggestive Selling
- Discount Fraud
- Cash Theft
- Monitor Quality Assurance elements to ensure service excellence:
- Employee Productivity
- Safety & Security
- Speed of Service
- Food Preparation
- Operational Procedures
- Respond to all Alarm Trigger calls and log them in the shared system.
- Prepare and maintain related reports and documentation.
⏰ Working Hours:
- 2 days/week: 12-hour shifts
- 3 days/week: 9-hour shifts
✅ Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience (Loss Prevention, QA, or Surveillance)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- English communication skills (written and verbal) = B1
- Comfortable working with surveillance tools and reporting systems
