Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Oil and Gas sector.

Job description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment, including mobile cranes, bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, trucks, and trailers.

Supervise maintenance teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.

Manage equipment deployment, preventive & corrective maintenance schedules, and maintain records.

Request and track spare parts, tires, lubricants, and materials required for repairs.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience working with brands like CAT, Komatsu, XCMG, Foton, Isuzu, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, or similar.

Ability to lead a team, prioritize work, and coordinate with operations.

Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
