Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- Needs to have a background or degree in secretary-admin work
- Team player
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal. English/Arabic
- Proficiency in Office Software: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This is an essential requirement for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, scheduling, and handling email correspondence.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, manage appointments, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital in handling correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping. Even small errors can have significant consequences.
