Working Days - 4 days a week


Job Requirement:


  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Needs to have a background or degree in secretary-admin work
  • Team player
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal. English/Arabic
  • Proficiency in Office Software: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This is an essential requirement for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, scheduling, and handling email correspondence.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, manage appointments, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital in handling correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping. Even small errors can have significant consequences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the office.
