Manager After Sales (LHR)

Job Description
- Lead the After Sales team, focusing on spares sales, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), O&M, and turnkey projects of Diesel Gensets.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing after-sales technical support to customers in Punjab.
- Oversee troubleshooting, problem-solving, and routine periodic maintenance of generators and power plants.
- Supervise genset operations from sales order confirmation through delivery, material arrangement, insurance, and customer liaison.
- Handle technical aspects such as simulation drawings and ensure gensets are fully functional and operational.
- Promote Operational Maintenance Contracts (OMC) to customers for ongoing equipment improvement.
- Ensure timely availability of parts and equipment by coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager to meet lead times.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure material availability and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Address emergency issues promptly to ensure 24-hour backup support.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BTech or BE in a relevant field.
- Experience in generator repairs or related equipment (e.g., power plants, compressors, pumps, UPS systems, air conditioners, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B aftersales of equipment machinery.
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good in excel
- Strong academic grades
Salary: 100k to 200k, based on experience
