Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager Corporate Sales to lead and expand its B2B business portfolio. This role focuses on identifying corporate clients, building long-term business relationships, and closing high-value furniture sales with organizations, real estate developers, hotels, offices, and institutions. The ideal candidate must have strong business development skills, excellent client management capabilities, and deep knowledge of the furniture or interior industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand corporate sales and client base.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in corporate sectors (offices, hospitality, builders, institutions).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.
  • Present tailored furniture solutions and proposals to corporate clients.
  • Lead client negotiations, prepare contracts, and close high-value sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and customized client delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Represent Al Haadi Mobilya at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Guide and support the corporate sales team in achieving KPIs and improving client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales (furniture, interior design, or construction industry preferred).
  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in closing large-scale contracts and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Lahore, with occasional travel if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of architects, builders, and corporate procurement professionals.
  • Understanding of custom furniture manufacturing and design processes.
  • Strategic planning and team leadership experience.
